We invite you to join us for a free weekend event at our home/shop located near Foam Lake, Sask. What started out as a woodcarvers rally has grown to include crafters of many mediums.
When: We hold a rally twice a year. One in May on the Victoria Day Weekend and one in August or September on the Labour Day Weekend.
Next Event: August 30 & 31, 2025 – starting at 9am or whenever you arrive, no set schedule.
Where: 10 K North of Foam Lake on Highway 310 (between Foam Lake and Fishing Lake) on the West side of the highway. Watch for a sign at the driveway (longitude 103.544W; latitude 51.744N). If coming from Regina area, the best route is Highway 6 North of Regina to Dafoe, then East on Highway 16 to Foam Lake. From Saskatoon area, take Highway 16 to Foam Lake. At Foam Lake, turn North on Highway 310.
What to bring: Bring your project, sharp tools, your favourite chair, lunch (or visit a local restaurant). Coffee and tea will be available so bring your cup or bring your beverage of choice. Tables will be provided. Wear a name badge if you have one. Also, bring along ‘show and tell’ projects for the “Show Us Your Stuff” table.
What to expect: We have a large shop, easy access, and lots of parking for campers. Saturday afternoon we will tour the workshop and our home studio/gallery.
Saturday night we will host a supper of roast beef au jus and buns. Potluck additions are welcomed, but not required. Bring your beverage of choice. Carving will continue in the evening.
Sunday at midday, we will host bbq hotdogs and potluck leftovers.
We are pet friendly and have an exuberant greeter dog (Charlie).
